What can i do to net my subsidise surface better?
It's been hurting since friday especially when i look down. I think i must enjoy slept on it wrong or something but how can i make it go away?
Answer: It would depend on which slice of your back is hurting (lower, upper). You may have have your neck in a unnatural position while sleeping, if you think that's when the pain started. Take a agony reliever, try and take frequent "standing" breaks if you have a desk position, use a heating pad, and do some meek walking. Do not lift things and apply too much stress to your back.
A wipe therapist gave me a great backbone exercise that's simple and really works. I do not recommend doing it if it aggravates your current injury. Sitting in a chair (great, since you can do it at the office) lean forward as far as you can next to your arms and head dangling at the floor. Let all of your freight release forward. Relax this way for 5-minutes. It stretches out your entire body..
I've found that if there is a low spot contained by my mattress that I have back misery the next morning. Try turning your mattress around head to foot and/or turn it over completely, if the brand allows. I enjoy a cousin who has a chronic bad vertebrae and pilates has helped him plentifully.
