What can you describe me something like crutches? I regard I necessitate a different size, so I call the doctors bureau?
first she told me to just adjust them & I told her they're already adjusted as short as they can budge, but I still think they're too tall for me. Then she said "okay the nurse would have fitted you for them." I don't know what she means by that, but she didn't device me or anything, she just grabbed a set of two & unwrapped them & said here you go. How can I tell if I inevitability slightly shorter ones? My husband said that I'm not walking right on them & I find myself just hopping around on one leg rather than using the crutches, but my one leg is getting really sore from hopping on it for 2 days & I'm wondering how I can put in the picture if shorter ones would work better. Man my armpits are sore! Thanks!

Almost all tangible drugstores (not the chains, the small ones) sell or rent crutches. When you are there you can see if they adjust to the appropriate rise. Depending on where you live a medical supply store may be nearby. They fetch everything.
In general metal crutches are better than wooden ones. They are certainly easier to adjust.
My ex-wife be 5' 2" and she had no problems getting the right size on a rental basis..
Last year I broke my tibia at the ankle contained by three spots. Got crutches and after to much complaining, I went to local mobility store and rented a walker which made getting around so much easier.
