Yesterday I bent down to pick up my sneakers and when I stood up i suddenly got this excruciating pain that go from the back of my neck down, my posterior, and in my left shoulder. Today i woke up and my shoulder still hurts. Even keeping my leader in one position to long makes it bloody to turn my head. I had to brush my spine with my right hand because when I tried beside my left hand it hurt too much. should I be concerned or what could it be.
