What could be wrong next to me?
Im a 17 year old male, im on form, i eat good, i gain 7-8 hours of sleep a night etc. But i have this dizziness impression as well as sleepiness, like my person in charge just want me to lay down and rest. What could this be?

Try to do some simple exercise, so that your body form is stronger..
Causes can vary from a virus, stress to meningitis, mononucleosis, low or high blood pressure, fatigue, tiredness, daytime sleepiness from poor characteristic of REM sleep and evan middle ear infections. Increase your stamina by exercising and taking vitamins and supplements. Control your weight if you are obese as this can cause Obstructive Sleep apnea which would affect your smooth of energy. .You should be checked.for Hypothyroidism and CFS( Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) First consult your doctor to ensure basic bio-chemistry is ok.
Alternatively check the following
1. Are you taking proper/ nutritious diet? Do not put away too much oily/ junk food.
2. Are you exercising regularly? Exercising freshens you up.
3. Are you under stress? Stress take away your energy.
Do regular exercise, reduce any stressful condition surrounded by your life, enjoy correct games and food, enjoy with your friends.
