What could impose knees dull pain for more than two months?
About two months ago I had a mild pain within my knee. At first it wasn't bad but constant. Tree days ago I bent down and I own this really bad pain contained by my knee. It feels resembling a pulling and pressure(this has been equal for two months). I have also started to have this intense burning sensation. Oh the aching is on the front of my knee under my knees cap. The burning(witch is a new symptom) is rite above and around my knees cap.
Answer: You might have torn a meniscus by turning your knees the wrong way; and now fluid is building up, cause the intense burning sensation. It could also cause an infection if something blood-borne gets near and starts to infect the area. Go see a doctor to get the fluid drained and achieve a more precise diagnosis.
There is also a possibility that you have Patello-femoral syndrome. Patello-Femoral Syndrome (PFS) is the medical name for a condition that cause pain in and around the kneecap. The patella (kneecap) is designed to move smoothly over a groove on the femur (thigh bone). When the patella is not moving or "tracking" properly over the femur, PFS can develop. This knees problem commonly appears in runners and athletes but non-athletes can also be afflicted. PFS can strike at any age..
A hammer.
If you hit somebody contained by the knee with a sledge hammer it could cause pain for more than 4 months if your lucky..
I hold the same problems. I'm thinking I stretched a ligament again. Might want to see a surgeon
