i got a scrape on my arm a few days ago nd i cleaned it and put antibiotics and i wrapped it, i rework the bandages once a day, but yesterday i notice a bunch of weird lumps clustered around my scrape i dont really know what they are but how do i get hold of rid of them? and im not sure if this helps but they're really itchy

Answer:    its the dead skin cell. they will be itchy, but don't scratch- it can lead to scarring!
