What do I do nearly a Gracilis Muscle strain?

I have this muscle in my leg that seem to be sore. I can still run very well and next to no pain generally, but I discern a tightness when I stretch. I do walk up and down stairs with allot of counterbalance and sometimes my knee has a sharp little torment but then it leaves. All of this occurs on my not here side. It feels really good when I stretch it but I am worried that I am hurting myself. Can anyone facilitate?

Answer:    If you are sure what the muscle is, the gracilis is a long thin muscle along the inner edge of the thigh. Even if it get strained, it may also,be another muscle in that region.
If the pain is not severe, you may do stretching three times a daytime, each stretch lasting not more than 50 second.

Massage along the inner side of the thigh before doing the stretch.
Avoid crossing your legs when seated.
Take a mild analgesic like Ibuprofen 3 times if you desire.

You should be comfortable inwardly 2 days.
Remember not to stretch too much..
