What do i do nearly my sprained ankel?

i sprained my left ankle almost a year ago. i went to a doctor and i wore an aircast for more or less a week. its weaker then my right ankle and it points inward a little bit. its also still fatter later my right ankle still. i roll the ankle every once in awhile now, resembling when im just walking up stairs. i don't think my doctor would do anything for it, and i don't reflect my parents would even take me to my doctor for it.

i have duplicate problem. I still sprain my ankle and it is still fat after spraining it last year. The best passageway i over come it is usually i wear a brace pretty much the whole day except for when i am sleeping! Also if you play a sport i would recommend that you cassette it up with sports tape. This prevents your ankle from spraining again. There are exercises my doctor told me such as stepping up and down on stairs, walking profusely during the day and always bring in sure you wear proper shoes. Also if you do play a sport my doctor recommend that after the game u should ice it for 15mins. Hope this help and your ankle should be better soon.
