What do i do to prevent this?!?

i am in the dartmouth highschool drumline. we have tie camp everyday this week and next week from 12-9. its the run out of summer.. so peaople are passing out from heat and stuff. how can i prevent this from scheduled to me? i want to stay strong. today was the first day and im already resembling so sore and like dead. any suggestion. i keep drinking water. but i still discern liek im gun an pass out wevery now and later .


Answers:    Drink lots of cold water
Where light colored and emaciated clothes, like no jeans
make sure you bring a big article of cool water so incase you get hot you can put the hose bottle on your neck or run to the bathroom and put some on you stomich, back ect.

Drink Gatoraid or Poweraid. They hold electolytes that will keep you hydrated. You can also eat a large carb breakfast in the morning but I wouldnt eat it right previously you start camp. Give yourself at least 1 hour beforehand you start camp. Plenty of water and some-not a lot-of Gatorade or the close to. Stay away from a lot of caffeine. Have a small cooler with drinks and some snack foods. Nuts and pretzel sticks, some fruit, apple slices, grapes banana. Think on form. Good Luck!.
You have to drink lots of cold water. and help yourself to a break from walking/running every now and then, variety sure you are getting the right amount of sleep (8 hours atleast). just remember to get lots of sleep and drink lots of sea
