Lots and Lots of Pain!!?

heating pad, hot wet bottle, hto shower, hot bath, resting.I get alot of stomach cramps not related to my monthly guest so my rule of thumb is i try to treat it at home using amount of 0-10...0 being no pain...10 individual worst pain and if my pain go above a 7 then I go see my doctor...If it reach a 10 then I go to the hospitaI also will be in motion to the clinic if the pain lasts longer next 5 days..I take tyenol if my pain get to a 4.
