What do you do going on for a blister on the foot?
It seems like a blister - I started getting niggle in my foot yesterday, and upon removing my shoes, it looks like it's one caused by a blister on the top surface of one of my toes. It's painful single to the touch, and sometimes itches. It looks and feels almost like a mosquito bite, except I haven't be outside barefoot, and it's painful to walk if I'm wearing shoes because it presses against the inside of my shoe. What should I do? Are in that any special ointments, etc.? Fortunately it being the weekend I can rest the foot rather. I probably made it worse with all the walking I did yesterday.

If it have liquid in it, pop (well not *pop*) but poke the side of it next to a needle and drain it. Make sure you keep it verbs with a new company aid everyday and wear clean socks. if you're not sure it's a blister, it might be a plantar's wart. They're inverted (flat), often aching warts that occur on the sole or toes of the foot. Your best bet to bring back rid of one of these is to see a dermatologist, over the counter treatments don't work. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantar_war...I hold break my Peroneus brevis. pop it with a pin, remove the puss. Then put a big bandaid on top to mitigate rubbing painDon't use regular tie aids! There is a product called moleskin (not made of moleskin). It is specifically for blisters. I am an avid hiker and this stuff is a lifesaver. You can find it by the foot strictness stuff like shoe insoles and Dr school's stuff. Hope you feel better!
