What do you do to carry to sleep?
I'm having some trouble getting to sleep, what do you usually do to help yourself win to sleep?
Answer: If your work is not physically hard then:
Do some exercise contained by the evening
Take a warm or cold shower however you like
Don't guzzle rich food at night
Eat some sweet after dinner
Prepare to sleep earlier
No chitchat on cell phone before sleep specially not longer
Switch off cell phone and other disturbing gadget
Set a bed switch so that you can switch off light glibly
Try to read something that is interesting or boring but short
Get up earliest possible.
Within three days you will be able to exchange your sleeping cycle and you can sleep good. Best of luck..
Things I have done that cause me to fall asleep:
1) count sheep
2) dwelling on an unimportant issue
3) reading boring parts of the Bible
4) praying
5) reading the instruction book for my cellphone/iPod
If you really can't sleep and start getting anxious about it, it may be best to just do something else, resembling read. .
read a book for at least 15 minutes and it knocks me out resembling a light, and previous to going to bed i drink a herbal tea, and make sure i dont guzzle or exercise within an hour of going to bed
goodluck! i just presume about random things i hav done during the year then i nod off by myself
the annoying piece is i make myself get up (i rouse up by myself, no alarms or anything i just wake up) and its usually really impulsive.
just dream that ur walking through gates and surrounded by every gate theres a door which leads u to another revenue ...
AND NEVER REVIEW WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE DAY OR WHAT WILL U DO THE NEXT DAY
then u'll get to sleep minus noticing it...

Well, eat solely fruits and vegetables at night. Better go to bed impulsive but before you close your eyes, press your fingertips. For sure, you will sleep soundly.

put my tv on timer for say 90 Mins
and usually fall asleep watching it,
i dont remember it going past its sell-by date anyway

I read a few chapters of a book. It works everytime. close your eyes and then dawdle and wait and next entity u know it morning and thats how u go to sleep.
Watch TV I take Lunesta. .
smoke a bowl of some weed and listen to some pink floyd. view tv and take a nice film.
I read my bible, put a admirer on myself, and take benodryl... lol.
