Answer: Purely means sensation that you are going to vomit. It does not include heart pain, although many associates will feel nauseated if they are experiencing an angina attack or a heart attack.
Feeling nauseated means you're reaction squeamish and about to vomit. Normally, without any accompanying symptoms, nausea does not effect heart / chest pain. feeling close to you are going to throw up...does not include heart pain.
