Im 21, 4''11', and 100 pounds and I have 2 kids under the age of 2 so they still necessitate me to carry them and sometimes I get a anguish on my right leg that starts from the knee all the mode to the but cheack. I cant go to therapy because I dont own anyone to take care of my kids so I be wondering if you knew of any exercises I can do at home. I cant even sleep because of my back pains (my spine feel like its going to brake), I dont know what to do.
