What happen if..?

What happens if someone sprains their ankle then in the region of two hours later they take their sports class even though it still hurts but consequently treats their sprain the day after. Did they damage it even more by doing that surrounded by the same day?

Answer:    If you sprained your ankle, you could indeed be doing more injury to it or causing it to take longer to treat. Our bodies use pain to tell us to pilfer it easy or let us know we hold injured something. You may need to have your ankle x-rayed to gross sure it's not broken. Rest the ankle by elevating it and applying some ice to the area ( do not put the rime directly on the ankle, wrap it in a towel first) and ice if for 10-15 minutes at a time.
