You should take more vitamins then you necessitate to much of anything is bad for you. don't combine a bunch of health powders and adjectives that stuff, just stick to a basic multi-vitamin once a light of day, or ask your doctor what you need to have. I don't deduce that you can have seizures from taking too lots vitamins. I only think that you will be a much well again person.
