I have this injury right now. I sprained my ankle 5 weeks ago, and I be on crutches for a week, and then i got a wellington boot with the crutches, which i wore for about 2 more weeks. Then i stopped using the crutches and walk in the boot for 2 weeks. Now I can walk, but it's unstable. I'm supposed to use the boot and an ankle brace for 3 more weeks.Medibank Private Health Care, Do I remuneration the Medicare Levy?
my current injury.'I injured my disappeared knee playing beach volleyball final June and partially tore my MCL...Then 4 weeks ago my knee give out and now i have a torn ACL(partial or completely...doc cant report based on MRI), retorn MCL, and a chondral fracture on the back of my patella.
I am currently contained by PT to regain some ROM before having to own surgery
NO CHEERLEADING(competitve) for atleast 6 months... :(
