What is a lumbarized S1?

I have back cramp and I have been diagnosed near lumbarized S1, I don't know what it means or implies, anybody know something give or take a few it?

Answer:    S1 lumbarized simply means the first sacral vertebra is lumbarized (not fused with the others)
The sacrum bone surrounded by the posterior pelvis comes from the fusing of 5 sacral vertebrae, which are numbered from superior (S1) to anterior (S5). The sacral bones fully fuse typically by adulthood, but sometimes the S1 vertebra does not fuse with the others. When this happen, it's called lumbarization...I think general public with a certain blood type are more prone to this, I read it just this minute in one of the medical journals..
I agree near the 1st answerer.

However, my advice to you is to start wearing a SACROILIAC BELT (aka SI belt) around your pelvis.

What it does is that by providing the correct balance of resistance and resilience, the SI belt re-establishes the joint’s ordinary motion, thus relieves stress and instability at these weight bearing structures. The price of SI belts are surrounded by reasonable range now, average cost is about $40 USD. I know a lot of relatives who wear SI belts, and I've read some astonishing testimonials about it. There are many si belts out in that, but Serola SI Belt seems to be the best one as far as quality, comfort, and price are considered. Check out their website for more: http://www.serola.net/product_new_sac_be...

I presume you buy directly from their website at: http://serolabelt.com/new-serola-sacroil...

Hope it helps, take thoroughness of your back!

I think it technique that the first segment of your sacrum is only partially fused to the second segment, and the resulting movement (which shouldn't take place with a normal sacrum) can exact pain. I think it's inherent.
