Most of those same things have be happening to me lately. Especially the sleeping long hours and lack of motivation, chills, and the bathroom entity. I'm going to the doctor in a couple weeks even though I'm not a fan of the doctors, but mine have been going on for awhile. I've searched through symptoms on the internet, found some things it could be, but really mine is out at hand, and I know almost for sure I have some sort of anxiety too.
So, I say look in a doctor also, if you can.
