What is carpel tunnel?
Answers: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a condition in which the median bottle is compressed in the carpal tunnel. The carpal tunnel is a "tunnel" (for lack of a better word) surrounded by the human wrist that is enclosed by strong connective tissue (flexor retinaculum) on the top and the bones (carpals) of the wrist on the bottom. This tunnel protects tendons and a self-confidence (the median nerve).
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is not associated as much with repetitive motions, such as typing, as people judge. It is actually more associated with portliness, hypothyroidism, fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, family history, wrist shape, pregnancy, diabetes, etc..
It's where in attendance is nerve damage surrounded by the wrist from repetitious activity, most commonly from typing on a computer keyboard too much.
