Nothing has changed as far as what I sleep on. I havent done anything strenuous to myself, but I have a hideous backache that has lasted ancient two days. Its mainly in the middle of my vertebrae.

I have been taking muscle relaxers surrounded by a somewhat abusive manner for over a week, so I don't know if that have anything to do with it. The pain didn't start until I quit taking the somas.

Back cramp is tough to diagnose because it could be so many things .. but first thing, don't bring more muscle relaxers then recommended . high doses of medication is complicated on your internal organs and can cause pain surrounded by your back if these organs are having problems filter out all of the medications surrounded by you ... so you need to drinks lots of water the subsequent few days and filter your system out .. next, think just about what you have changed . your back regulates your entire body . so if you are wearing different shoes or walking differently because or an injury or soreness, it will also affect your vertebrae . stress can also cause you back trouble too ... your body tensing up cause inflammation in your tissues and muscles ... try some long hot baths and see if you can relax your body . hope this helps ... = )
