What is cause my knees throbbing?
I've had pain contained by my right knee for years now, and am finally one referred to the hospital to see about it. My doctor wasn't very explanatory going on for my symptoms, so I wonder whether anyone here could have a good guess.
The spasm is a sort localised underneath the knee cap, a burning sensation. It's here all of the time, but is worse after exercise.
If I tilt my foot at the ankle upwards towards the body and hold it there, that 'sets off' where on earth the pain is worst - so using the accelerator when driving for long periods is pretty scratchy. There's also a lot of clicking when i bend it.
I'm 23, with no childhood history of united problems, and the other knee seems unmovable.
Any advice/suggestions would be great. =)
Thanks.

I started to work my inner thigh muscles and now i've hardly have any pain. Good luck to you!
My knee anguish started when I washed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees, which I've done for probably just about twenty years now (lol). I felt my knees cap shift and it was down hummock from there. The pain seem to get worse over time. to the point if I bent down I would have to push my leg out surrounded by front of me, I couldn't bend it at all. I finally went to the orthopedic doctor and carry this. I had a torn meniscus, torn cartilage and the usual "old age" stuff, arthritis, and bone spurs. By the agency I'm 58. I ended up having a cortisone shot first to see if that would lend a hand, which it did for about three weeks, After that I had "anthroscopic" surgery and it help immensely, I was only rotten of work for two weeks and have felt fine since. It have been three years and the only side effect is, it have become a "very good" weather forecaster.
Is a curved bone after a fracture commonplace?
It can be various things. I would start next to stretching the knee in a range of way to get the tendons around the knees lose, also stretch out the whole right leg in as plentiful ways as you know. Remember stretching each position at least 30 second. whatever you do the the right leg, do to the left. Take some Glucosamine supplements to try and recreate cartilage in the area that might already be tatty. I would try seeing a Massage Therapist before seeing a doctor, many problems approaching theses are resolved by pin and movement methods that doctors don't preform. It will also cost less. Hope you carry betterShin bruise- is this conventional?
