My mouth feels like Ryvita when I wake up up. I don't sleep with my mouth open and I haven't have this problem for very long a few months or so!

Try using mouthwash before bed everynight. It contains ingrediends to hold your from drying out over night.

I was roughly speaking to say,you sleep with your mouth approachable but you say you don't. What puzzles me a bit is how do you know if you are asleep? However I suffer from the same problem, I nick a glass of water to the bedroom and lug a sip if I wake during the night next to a dry mouth, then forget it.

Is it alright to appropriate 1000mg of acetaminophen and 10mg of flexiril?

i was going to voice you probably sleep with your mouth open. do you snore? i do both & get up up with a mouth like the bottom of a budgie's coop! a cup of coffee soon puts it right though. maybe you have your mouth unambiguous for part of the night, in need realising. the only reason i know i snore is cos i get up myself up. i hope you find out soon. di.

Ive pretty much other have this popping point contained by my elbow. When I extend it, theres resembling a bunch of popping...

I could be caused by any medication you might be on...or even over the count stuff can cause dry mouth...how do you know you don't sleep near your mouth open ? :)

After using lice treatment shampoo can i use my regular shampoo?

Could be garlic etc in your diet, try to not drink two hours before bed & see if this helps. But still drink lots of sea.
