What is Manipulation,is this safer after surgery?

It is physical therapy or chiropractic. I would say that depends on what the problem is. I have a frozen shoulder and eloected physical therapy instead of surgery and it worked out just fine. After the reality I was told that I still would have have to have the therapy even if I have the surgery.
