Have you thought about wearing a SACROILIAC BELT (aka SI Belt) around your pelvis? What it does is that by providing the correct be a foil for of resistance and resilience, the SI belt re-establishes the joint’s normal motion, thus relieves stress and instability at these weight attitude structures. The price of SI belts are in reasonable reach these days, average cost is about $40 USD. I know plentifully of people who wear SI belts, and I've read some astonishing testimonials about it. There are copious si belts out there, but Serola SI Belt seems to be the best one as far as feature, comfort, and price are considered. Check out their website for more: http://www.serola.net/product_new_sac_be...

I think you buy directly from their website at: http://serolabelt.com/new-serola-sacroil...

Memory foam mattress is great for people who have hindmost problems because it conforms to your body and distributes your body weight evenly. Tempurpedic is a well particular brand but they are quite expensive. There are other brands which manufactures great memory foam mattress too. A firm one, a sleep number bed I hear are exceptionally good, if you can not afford one, use can get a bed board{ bring back ply wood sheet at Home Depot or any lumber co.} and put under your mattress for firm support. It really works , some hotels use these boards..
I would look at purchasing a memory foam mattress. They are extremely good for folks who suffer from back pain.

I run across this great article that explains how to buy a memory foam mattress: http://memoryfoamreviews.com/memory-foam....
We had a sleep number bed in a hotel room we just now stayed at and it was amazing. You can make it as firm as you want and translation it whenever you want. I think they're pretty expensive tho. A lot of people right to be heard Orthopedic beds are good for put a bet on pain.
I am not sure if this is correct.

I personally would suggest a tempur mattress, they are deeply comfortable.

Hope this helps :).
