What is the best process to tighten up muscles after a workout?

i worked out yesterday and im sore as CRAP! is there anything i can do to tighten the muscles back up?its surrounded by my theighs.

u were sore casue u over worked ur self .. and ur body isnt ust to it .. but after a work out .. just step .. and that helps ur body.. cool down and take surrounded by what u did .. when u just stop .. sometimes ur body gtes a little shocked and holds on to what u lost .. will come stale.. but talkes a tad bit longer
