My fiance has been busting his butt this ending week. He started his own diesel repair business and this week has been crazy busy for him. He's physically exhausted and I want to know what I can do to produce him more comfortable.

When he gets home he barely moves from person sore and exhausted. What can I do to make him feel better. I've be drawing him baths and giving him massages...anything else I can do?

It sounds like your doing everything right.. The singular other things I can think of is one make sure he have a good meal and plenty to drink ( resembling water or juice ) waiting on him the body wishes the food to refuel. And also offer him a couple of ibuprofen that will help near the soreness.
