no one can answer that question for you. everyone's body is different, trust me I deal with orthopedic surgery patients every day!! you need to find the reason for the sore back and how to treat it. if you have chronic pain, there is not magic pill or dose to take all your pain away. the dr's make it so you are as pain free as possible and can function as normally as possible on a daily basis.
