What is the problem next to my final and how do i get better from it?
When i was working out doing weighted squats, i did my 100kg on my 2nd ever work out on my legs and after the first 4-5 reps the bar on my shoulders started to tilt on my left side and from after on my back has been really hurting.
Answers: Ok what im gonna transmit you is this. Forget about the weights for present and working out as you will put added strain on your back. Do not rest; keep mobile, if you don't the spinal column will seize up and make the pain worse. I suffered for 10yrs from pay for pain, kept mobile with gentle stretching exercises and I miserable gentle. Buy a digital tens machine, great for persistent anguish and try and get someone to gently massage close to the area of the pain as this helps too. A tens contrivance stimulates the bodies own natural pain relief. Or try this, progress see a doctor incase you have slipped a disc.

Rest it for at least a week, and don't do any more weight lifting on it. You possible sprained it by overexerting yourself too much too soon. Take it slower.Strange fancy within my appendage?
