What is the quickest way to get rid of soreness in your legs?

Answers:    If it's workout soreness, I know ice baths work for some runners, especially after an especially hard workout.

Put some ice in a bath. Stay in for 10-15 minutes.

You mean like the kind you get from exercising? That is a result of lactic acid buildup - increase your consumption of water, a warm soak (like hot tub, bath, or shower), gentle stretching, and 2 Advil or ibuprofen. If its from working out the pain is from the lactic acid. No lactic acid = no pain.. I guess.

Job lightly for a few miles or walk for a few more miles.

But if its not workout related then don't. i dunno what your feeling then..
in lack of water, or just donesnt work, just put them upside down, either resting them against a wall while lying down, or puting your whole self upside down. massage
