My daughter get stung by a jellyfish yesterday, how can i make smaller the sting for her, gratitude?

Is the Dr going to try & repair it, or remove the torn piece?
There's a huge difference in the recovery.
If it's repaired, the surgery is still done through a extent, however it is a much more complicated surgery, and the recovery will be at least 3 months or longer. After surgery you would be contained by a hinged knee brace. It would be locked to prevent your knee from bending. You will also be non substance bearing. When my daughter had hers repaired, she be NWB for 6-8 weeks. She was off work for 12 weeks.
If the Dr removes the torn piece, it is a relatively short surgery, and a short (few days- few weeks) seizure.
Removal seems like a better alternative, and it is, but only at the time. Removal of the meniscus is removing the cushion between the bones. Years down the road you'll have bone rubbing on bone, and will probably cease up with osteo-arthritis.
My husband had his meniscus removed in the region of 24 years ago. He is now waiting for a total knee replacement, as he have severe osteo-arthritis.
My daughter has had both of her knees repaired. One be a total success, and the other was not. The repair surgery is solely a 50-50 success rate. She is now waiting for surgery to remove the entire meniscus. The Dr told her she will definately stipulation a TKR in the future.
