sharp pain in my upper right chest that have been hurting for two days off and on. it's within my back on my shoulder blade and if it's not there, it's contained by my right inner arm. it doesn't hurt to breath but it does hurt pretty badly. i ate a piece of bacon two days ago and my mom thought it was heartburn or gas and i took Tums two days ago and it go away the next morning but came final later on that day. the backache doesn't burn it hurts and it kinda spreads. what is this?
