Please answer!! its an emergancy!! i'm worried!!?

ok ill try to give the short reworked copy but there is alot of details.

The worst injury that i have ever have is the one that i have now. My knees. I origanally injured it in June of 07 while playing beach volleyball(partial rupture to MCL), i had to go through several months of PT, have 3 cortisonne injections(just to help control the swelling), and 2 MRIs(one 10 days after injury and the second 3 months after cause my knees wasnt getting any better). After the second MRI showed nothing new i be cleared(with much convincing) to participate in competitive cheerleading, but couldnt tumble... and have to continue with PT and followup every 4 weeks near the ortho... In january the possiblity of surgery was finally brought up and i was to group with the surgeon in February, resourcefully it was at that time that i was convinced again to try PT an added time, but with phono(cortisone and ultrasound) which didnt really help, i be scheduled to go vertebrae on March 19th.
Which brings me to my current knee issue and reinjury:
March 17th my knee collasped and when it did i feel this horrible ripping within my knee, that be followed be horrible pain, massive swelling and the inability to bear any substance due to the instability... I was convinced to go to the ER(rather later wait the two days for my appointment) where i be put in an immobolizer and back to NWB(bye bye cheer season).. when i go to my appointment on the 19th i was sent for a 3rd MRI.. but the results were "inconclusive" according to the radiologist... so i be sent to a specialist(3 weeks post injury), who immediatly saw the problem:
1. retore MCL(the only thing that in reality "showed" on MRI)
2. either partial or completely torn ACL(couldnt tell because of log jam on MRI and too much swelling to be sure based on physical exam)
3. chondral fracture(cartiage ripped away) on patella(hello obstruction)

I am now within PT trying to regain some ROM and decrease the swelling(finally gone down) before have surgery... I go back to the specialist on Monday to find out when surgery will be arranged

it has been 5 weeks and my knees is still VERY unstable...

this is by far the worse injury that i have had

Recently not sure of the describe but my knee pad is surrounded by the wrong place. Extremely painful. Symptoms like torn cartilage but not. Required extremely bleeding physio but now sorted. Sometimes get stiff but so far adjectives OK.
