What is this distress i'm sense?
When i put my right arm back and my left forwards, or vice versa i hold a pain which is quite intense (but does not hurt) between my nipples (in the center) It's not at hand unless i do the above with my arms, what is it?
Answers: if you have inflammation you should be taking ibuprofen which is an anti inflammatory.you can lug this with paracetamol.sounds like you've pulled some muscles.cart it easy and get plenty rest.stop moving your arms nearly..
your doctor is probably right - it sounds like a muscle strain or pull. The certainty that it only hurts when you do certain movements suggests this. It can filch a lot of time to heal as we are moving our arms adjectives the time - I would suggest you take painkillers as your doctor has suggested Just a pulled muscle by the nouns of it..
How can a pain be intense, but not hurt? this sounds alot like pulled muscle, only just rest it and you'll be fine..
You definitely have a muscle spasm. Your Rhomboids (muscles contained by between your shoulder blades) and probably tight. This can cause pain within your chest. Especially if you are moving your arms that way. This is pulling the muscles that are spasmed and effecting the other muscles and creating pain or a constricted pulling. Try to take an anti inflammatory and take a hot shower to relieve some rigidity. Also when you sleep try not to sleep on your side, lay flat on your back. ( I know this is hard and may create some torment, but it will help.
