I've had it for about a week it fade sometimes but comes back, i'm worried, does it have to do near your heart?

it feels like a stinging agony sometimes, and other times when i make certain arm gesture it hurts similar to a muscle spasm but not as painful.

Help please it's disturbing my sleep

I was paranoid roughly speaking my heart and I told my doc about a pain on that side. She told me that your heart doesnt hurt unless you have a heart attack. It could be gas. It could be you tore a ligament but I dont no if theres one on the chest. It could be a pulled muscle. If it doesnt go away in a couple more days I would shift to the doc.
