What is wrong beside my arm? Can my arm be fixed in need surgery?

About three years ago I grabbed a set of heavy dumbells and started curling them, I didn't stretch, reheat up or anything, I just started curling. (yes I know I'm stupid)

The next morning and for about week after my right arm was contained by a lot of pain, I could not stretch it out intensely far without really really bad spasm.

I should have had it checked out near as much pain as I was have but I was being told by masses people that it was commonplace and I just needed to rest my arm.

After a good two and a partially weeks or so I was able to extend/stretch my arm again and the dull pain was gone.

Everything seemed polite, I stopped curling and lifting after that and pretty much forgot about the whole experience until possibly two and a half years later when I notice that my right arm didn't match my left arm as it would not extend fully, it have a slight bend (stuck in a hugging position) and no matter how rock-hard I try it will not straighten all the way, it also pops every time I verbs my wrist.

Any suggestions?

maybe you tore the muscle in the untested injury. it healed, and the resulting scar tissue have made it deformed. this is just my guess though...

Help! i cannot sleep; at adjectives! no sleep contained by three days!?
Has anyone tried diurex hose pills, do they work for you? I tried them but I dont pee that recurrently what wrong?
My shoulder is within a sizeable amount of distress?
