Ok...I have already been to several doctors and I own been told i have every helpful of headache there can be. They have told me I own cluster headaches, migranes, tension, and sinus headache. So please dont tell me to go to the doctor. and for the story I have been on Topamax as a prevention method. Symptoms are:
Sensitivity to neutral
sensitivity to movement (gets really bad if I lay on my stomach)
last for 8 hrs to a few days
constant, or throbbing backache (it varies from headache to headache)
Feeling of being pinched between my eyebrows, on the bridge of my antenna
Pain is in front of my head, but not on any side, it is more in the middle
no nausea, or vomiting
no tension surrounded by neck or shoulders
headaches come for weeks, after go for months

Please help, I cant amount it out, I seem to have a mix of a few types of headache. The Topamax worked, but I got really sick from all of the side effects. So I stopped taking it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You are writing give or take a few my life! I bounced from dr to neurologist to specialist, even getting a lumbar puncture. I got those same crippling headache. I went and saw the head of Neuro at UCSF, he put me on an Alzheimer's med call Namenda. (they are finding that it also works for these types of headaches- I don't actually have Alzheimer's). I saw him contained by the middle of the week, and by Saturday, my life was changed. It be amazing. Most PCP's dont know about this med or its effects on headaches, but I would suggest it to your doctor. He can research it. I promise, its worth a try!!

You may want to (sorry to suggest it) budge to an eye doctor (opthamologist not optometrist)...since you didnt mention you had been to one (but i see eyeglasses in your avitar), alot of eye/vision problems can trigger neurological reactions surrounded by the body that resemble migranes and headaches, including stigmatisms, glaucoma, etc... Also, have you have your blood pressure checked? Alot of people with elevated blood pressure get migranes constantly.

I am at a nursing home. What things can I do to preserve from getting bord?

I have a pinched bravery in the back of my nouns. Everytime i put my head down, reading etc. i get a migraine greatly quickly.
Have the doctors check your neck and hindmost.
I recommend a Chiropractor, they can help ease the stomach-ache.
