What is wrong beside me?! (Migrane...?)?

I accidentally overdosed on medication when I was extremely sick. (It was singular 4 pills, but apparently I can't handle that much. It was morphine.) Anyways, I received a spinal thump and after that everything went screwy.

There's a steady annoying static sound contained by my ears.
I can't remember what I did today or where I am sometimes. It's even horrible to the point I can't even remember my last autograph when I'm asked. Basically, I have EXTREMELY poor memory when I used to have the best out of my people.

Then there's the main thing. THE TERRIBLE HEADACHES! There's not often a time when I'm without them and god it's so awful I can't even believe it. It's not a throb or an ache - it's a STAB. A knotty repetitive stab like somebody is knifing me surrounded by my temple. It varies from being within the back of my eye, head, vitally anywhere on the right side. I find myself crying out (and I'm a VERY strong girl) or keeping still because it feels as though the slightest movement will offset a hurricane of stomach-ache. I am not exaggerating; it really is this horrible.

Do you have any advice or conception as to what could be wrong with me?

Answers:    you know, you should go to the doctor. i'm sorry but i hold no idea what could be going on. i suffer from migraines and i know it's so horrible. migraines really are as bad as you are describing - they end for days, weeks sometimes. i take a prescription for them. and it usually works.
