A few weeks back I slipped on a 6 ft slab of ice on a down category in a park while walking my cockapoo nearby. When I fell I hear a crack in my shoulder. I got up as soon as I could and my dog come over to me and I walked her home. Now, two months later, my shoulder ache every time I do something new with it. Particulary tonight, when I achieve back behind my bench to pet my dog it hurt a bunch. She just wags her tail though...lol

I can move it. I type beside it right now, and that does not hurt it. I sanded some boards yesterday and when I do things resembling that, it hurts afterwards...it punishes me. But I can move it, every which way. I can stand on my hands even. I can roll over near it. It is just that when I try to move it in a unknown way since the accidental decline, it aches pretty good.

You may enjoy cracked a bone, pulled a muscle OR possibly have a pinched nerve. U will hold to go to The Doctor to get a diagnosis and some discomfort relief, though. My hubby massaged my shoulder so accurate one day, he worked one of my nerves under the bone and it get caught.. (thats how deep he massaged me!)
So, move about get it checked out :)
