Yesterday I bent down to pick up my sneakers and when I stood up i suddenly got this excruciating pain that go from the back of my neck down, my put money on, and in my left shoulder. Today i woke up and my shoulder still hurts. Even keeping my person in charge in one position to long makes it itchy to turn my head. I had to brush my spine with my right hand because when I tried near my left hand it hurt too much. should I be concerned or what could it be.

You probably own a pinched nerve in your neck/shoulder. I hold had this pain plentiful times and it isn't fun. I go to a chiropractor for aches and pains similar to this to get help quicker. I used to purely try to go on and hope that the pain would travel away. It did, eventually but the Dr. can really help with simply one visit and boy does it make you discern better!! Take some Advil, if that is something that you can take, surrounded by the meantime.
