At first I thought I have a bug, or food poisoning. but it didnt go away
its getting worse
now it feel like bad gas or something

but it feel like theres something rotten in my belly that wishes to get out

but ive been pooping... so my system have been cycled through...

so i dunno whats going on but it hurts so bad !!

mid belly... feel like i gotta poo/puke FOR A WEEK !
