What should I do?
Okay, so I've had this pain worse than shin splints down the side of my leg. It's close my ankle and has been hurting for just about a week. Today I had a hard workout of 2 400m's, 3 300m's and 3 200m's. The workout be very hard and I run good times for what I want to do.
Afterwards I could hardly amble and it hurt to put pressure on it. My mom rubbed it and it hurt to the touch. I've already had a stress fracture in my foot closing year on the same leg(idk if that has anything to do w/ it) and I really want to run nutritious this year. could u tell me what you think is going on? should i wrap it within an ankle wrap? and please only answer if you know what you're talking give or take a few. go to the doctor most like your previously injury has something to do with. for in a minute you should wrap it up put an ice pack on it and elevate till you can see the doctor. hope you feel betterBroke my wrist, prescribed Vicodin.?
Headache that wont progress away near Tylenol or rest?
