I was injured on the job and it give me a preminent disability. I could still work, but it hurts a lot to be on my feet. My fiance is threatening to exit me if I don't get a job because she have been supporting me for a year now. I could obtain disability, but it could take up to a year before I start unloading any money. What should I do?

Do what you think is best. Just remember that its going to put a lot of stress on her. If she's already be supporting you who knows how long the disability will take to see in and think something like how she feels. She obviously have a reason to think that you should know how to work. My best advice is to talk everything over next to her. Make sure you tell her how you feel and you listen to how she feel. See if you two can come up with an agreement on the situation.
