I have a pain right beneth my vanished knee and when i apply presuire it hurts,but there is no,bruises,glow,ect. whenever i bend my knee it hurts too, and i limp alot of places.should i procure this checked out,or but some ice or something on it,just what should i do?

Get it checked. I had pain contained by my right knee for two months before I go to see my doctor. Now I'm scheduled for knee surgery subsequent week. I have a chipped bone and microfractures. Without surgery I'd just be tear up all the soft tissue.

I never heard the infamous "pop" but did a ton of plunder, I even thought I would be alright and tried to sleep it off
The quicker you get it checked out the smaller amount scar tissue will develop and the easier it can be fixed provided it is serious
