Turn past its sell-by date the TV and the Computer, make your room as quiet and serene as you can. If you have anything with lavendar essential grease, that is a very relaxing scent specifically said to help induce sleep. Do some gentle stretching exersizes, lug a hot bath, sip a cup of uncaffinated tea (don't drink more than one cup of coffee or cola/caffinated beverages during the day). Find a good book and curl up contained by bed, read for 20 - 30 minutes, then turn off your lights, close your draperies, block anything within your room with lights so the room is as dark as possible. Close your eyes, stretch, commence relaxing one part of your body at a time, start with your foot - tense them up first and the relax them, then your ankles, point your toes, flex your foot, do a few ankle circles, then relax your ankles...move up to your calfs, knees, thighs... by the time you get to the top of your director, you should be asleep.If you are spiritual, say your bedtime prayers before outset the relaxation meditation. Be grateful for all you have and adjectives you are and ask for blessing for all your loved ones.
If i cant fall asleep i other pull out a book/magazine or turn on the tv for a few min. Dont turn on a movie or anything long bc then youll in recent times get interested and not want to go to bed. But ive found that if i do something consequently i get tired and want to go to bed profoundly faster than i do if i just lay there. Especially if theres something on your mind bc later ull just be left to thoughts and not obtain tired. Try an infomercial or something boring... itll put u to sleep
I think a quiet bedtime routine works best, do equal thing every night. Darker lighting for the hour earlier bed helps also.
try going for a walk, reading a book, watching some tv, or u can put away walnuts or warm milk or put them in a blender & to blend them
