What should you do when have a frenzy attack?

Answer:

Do i hold arthritis? im single 19!?

ok..

wel usually there is a known trigger for the attack.so firstly remove urself from this situation. for example if crowds trigger them -move to a silence area.

secondly, try to find a paper daypack or similar--if ur near a loo there is almost other a sanitary bag you can use. position the bag over ur mouth and proboscis and breathe into it so that it is inflating and deflating. if you dont have a backpack you can cup ur hands.

the hyperventilation caused contained by a panic attack is due to an overdose of oxygen. as we exhale more carbon dioxide than we breathe in.. the composition bag will slowly fill up next to a high concentration of carbon dioxide. as you are recycling this breath...the concentration of oxygen contained by ur body will start to return to normal. this will slow the breathing.

Also you need to be strict on urself and try to regain control of ur breathing. try breathing out as far as you can and use this as a starting point for takining slower, more sensible breaths. as you quality ur breathing getting quicker again, repeat this until you regain full control. its not as easy as it sounds--believe me! but this is why you have to be strict.

hopefully you would be around someone who is first aid trained or in that would be someone nearby who could help you to regain concentration on ur breathing previously too long.

good luck

Rapid, shallow breathing can make you breathe out too much carbon dioxide, which may end in, or worsen, your symptoms.
If so:
Breathe in and out with a brown article bag over your nose and mouth (or use your cupped hands) until you consistency better.
Don't breathe in too deeply.
Best of Luck
