What to do for a stiff collar?

Yesterday, I woke up with a stiff neck. I can't move my collar to the right without being surrounded by pain, i have tried icy hot, using a hot cloth to put pressure on it, it hasnt gone away, its my second year and it has gotten a bit better but i still cant turn my neck to the right and my d¨Ścolletage and my head seem to be at a different angle, anyone have any suggestions?

you either give it rest and merely wait
or you can try doing some neck cricking exercises similar to neck rolls and such
most likely the collar thing was cause by sleeping on your pillow funny
probably on one side the entire night

If you can't turn your head to the right, you plausible have a locked facet joint. To put this into english, one of the segment in your neck is stuck.

Try this: transport a towel and throw it over your head so that both ends of the towel are dangling in front of you. You want the "midway" of the towel to rest around the nouns that is more stiff/painful

Grab the end explicitly over your left shoulder with your right foot.

Grab the end that is over your right shoulder next to your left hand.

Pull down and out beside your left hand

Pull the right mitt across which will naturally rotate your head to the right. Perform 5 repetitions and repeat.

All you can do is wait it out. The muscles are tightened because of the way you slept. You can try to stretch it out, or capture it massaged, only to narrowly relieve the pain, but all you can do it lurk. The reason your head tilts is because of the muscles.One side is tighter than the other, variety of like a seesaw. And because one side is tighter, your head tilts to accommodate the tightness and to make smaller pain. It will go away. Just keep on. It may take days, all depends on how stiff it is.

Hot pad, Ice (not right after each other though), a muscle relaxing pill (Naproxin...etc) and giving it rest from the daily strain. Slowly turn your head within that direction, push yourself slightly against the pain. After a short while, you should see a decrease contained by the amount of pain. The muscle has tightened. The one and only way to loosen it is to use it. Just be sure to go slow lest you risk further injury.

Ask someone to pat your neck with vapo rub on their fingers. Keep using a hot cloth and I'm sure it will step away in a day or two. You could also use advil to embezzle some of the pain away. Hope you feel better:D
