What to do if a pill get stuck surrounded by your throat?
I am taking and Antibiotic twice a day. Last night I forgot to take my pill at dinner so I took it right up to that time bed with a little sip of water(which i know your not supposed to do).I went to sleep and contained by the morning i felt a terrible bump in my lower throat. I didn't assume it was a big deal, but I ate some bread and drank water and the outlook didn't go away. Then when I ate breakfast there was an extreme cramp and burning. I couldn't drink or eat anything without pain. Its presently been a day and the feeling hasn't gone away. If anything it is getting worse. It hurts to swallow, and Its to the point where on earth I don't want to eat.
I looked on google and some people suggested going to the ER to see if everything is ok and that i might have an spot or something. I don't know if this issue is serious or not. Any medical advice would be great!
Answers: Probably should go visit your doctor. The pill is probably not stuck but cause it to rub against your throat. So the feeling of it feeling stuck is still there because your throat is organic. You should go to the doc just in bag its something else like a reaction to the medicine.
