I was on an airplane yesterday and this morning my ears are still plugged and I cant hear as well. If you could facilitate that would be great!!

I am a audiology major. You should try chewing gum and drinking dampen when taking off and landing. If it is after the fact and it does not readjust surrounded by a few days contact the doctor/ent.

Forced yawning is yawning but blowing through your nose. As I said past, don't hold your nose shut as this can cause (sometimes) raw pressure in your ears and sinuses
