Take a couple of motrin and a multi-vitamin and lay down in a grey, cool, room. Drink a lot of water. Headaches are cause by so many things. Stress, constipation, dehydration, overexertion, lack of vitamins, etc. You can alternate a heat pad and ice pack on your cranium, also.
